Our pasture-raised Mangalitsa and KuneKune cross pigs produce flavorful, richly marbled pork that’s a step above grocery store quality.  Whole hogs are custom cut to your specifications, and we can help you chose the best cuts for your cooking style.

Generally, we expect whole hogs to have a hanging weight of approximately 175 pounds, with final take home weights depending on your cut choices. Final weight will be calculated at $4.75 per pound.

A $150 deposit reserves your whole hog, with final price being calculated upon hanging weight verification.
