Our pasture-raised Mangalitsa and KuneKune cross pigs produce flavorful, richly marbled pork that’s a step above grocery store quality.  Half hogs are custom cut to your specifications, and we can help you chose the best cuts for your cooking style.

Generally, we expect half hogs to have a hanging weight of approximately 90 pounds, with final take home weights depending on your cut choices. Final weight will be calculated at $5.00 per pound.

A $100 deposit reserves your half hog, with final price being calculated upon hanging weight verification.
